1. Introduction

Welcome to Algoz Group. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern the provision of all services offered by Algoz Group, including concierge, private security, bodyguard, close protection, travel assistant, personal assistant, and VIP services.

2. Services

Algoz Group provides personalized and high-quality services to our clients. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and are carried out with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

3. Deposit and Payment

3.1. A deposit is required to secure the services of Algoz Group. The amount of this deposit and the total price of the services will be clearly communicated to the client before the payment is made, preferably in writing via email. In urgent circumstances, this information may be communicated through WhatsApp or other written means.

3.2. The deposit is partially non-refundable. The non-refundable portion is determined unilaterally by Algoz Group and will be communicated to the client at the time of payment.

3.3. By making the deposit, the client agrees to these terms and conditions, including the non-refundable portion of the deposit.

3.4. The mission or service will be considered started once the deposit is made.

3.5. Payments made by cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin and Monero, will be confirmed in advance by a document sent by Algoz to the client with the wallet addresses and the terms for such payments. The transaction record on the blockchain will be used as confirmation of payment (payment receipt).

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Refunds are possible only if the mission or service has not yet started or if preparations for the mission or service have not yet commenced.

4.2. Once preparations for the mission or service have started, no refunds will be granted.

4.3. If the client cancels the service for any reason, no refund will be provided.

4.4. If Algoz Group is unable to accomplish the task for any reason, a total refund of the deposit will be made to the client, minus any amount already used for the mission or service.

4.5. Any expenses incurred by Algoz Group on behalf of the client prior to the cancellation will be deducted from the refundable amount.

4.6. No refund will be provided for amounts expended with third-party companies, such as flights, hotel bookings, contracting services, restaurants, etc.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.

5.2. The client agrees to communicate any changes in their requirements or schedule promptly to Algoz Group.

6. Company Responsibilities

6.1. Algoz Group will make every effort to provide the services as agreed upon in a professional and timely manner.

6.2. Algoz Group will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

6.3. Algoz Group will regularly review and update the terms and conditions to ensure compliance with any laws or regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Algoz Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7.2. The total liability of Algoz Group, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Algoz Group will strive to resolve any disputes or potential conflicts amicably. In the event of a dispute, the client agrees to attempt resolution through negotiation with Algoz Group before pursuing any other legal remedies.

8.2. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Algoz Group operates.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Algoz Group operates.

10. Amendments

Algoz Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the client and will become effective immediately upon such communication.

11. Acceptance

By engaging the services of Algoz Group and making the required deposit, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
